What is the MSDS program?
the MS in Data Science program produces generations of professionals and researchers who have the knowledge, skill, and ability to engage in data science processes and work. This degree encompasses a blend of disciplines to address the grand challenges of today and the future. The MS in Data Science provides students the training they need in data collection, exploration, manipulation and storage, analysis, and presentation in order to navigate data-rich workplace environments.
How is the MSDS offered?
This program is offered on main campus, fully online through AZ Online, and online for international students through our partners at upGrad.

What type of experience are we looking for in our students?
Please review the admissions requierements carefully before contacting us or applying to the program. These requirements can be found in the following website. In short, we’re looking for students with 1 year of math experience and 1 year of programming experience. Note that experience can shown either coursework or independent projects (e.g. GitHub repo). If you’re still interested in applying to the MSDS despite not having the experience, please make sure you make a strong case for why you are an ideal candicate (e.g. personal statement).
